Isn't it kind of a risk, then, to open schools back up?
I'm not saying the risks aren't worth taking or that I have any opinion I'm trying to support at all. I'm saying the fact that these cases exist seems to bring the risk level up and it's something that should be considered. But I don't know if it is.

Of course, all the risks should be considered.
Then convert that to total long-term injuries and deaths.
Then compare that to the number of acceptable long-term injuries and deaths.
If we are below the acceptable losses, then go for it.
The problem is that for some reason, your leaders still haven't published the acceptable casualty numbers.
