A central repository for interesting tidbits related to opening back up.
Ohio hospitals say electives can resume with enough testing and PPE. It has a phased approach as in the article. I'd say listen to the hospitals - they are the ones who stand to collapse if opening is not done carefully.

Seems like 85% of the cessation of elective procedures was about saving PPE. Outside of the outbreak centers anyway.

It was prudent on the PPE front alone.
Still might be, depending on how supplies are doing.
