Had fairly high blood pressure back in December. Now I'm consistently at 120/80. Been drinking an assload of this stuff in the morning, and pu'erh at night.

Sencha green tea. Tastes like grass steeped in chicken broth. But it has about ten times the kick of coffee, it lasts about 6 hours, and no jitters; you're awake but feel awesome, too, no crash.

I think if you're unused to it, it would seem pretty disgusting, but I like it at this point.

Sencha's grass-like taste was always one of my favorite things about green tea. Along those same lines, pu-erh tastes like a forest floor. I don't really like the taste of grass or forest floors in general, but in tea the evoke something natural and delicious to me.

I primarily buy this stuff:

Amazon makes it easy.

Nah. I make it more complicated but it doesn't have to be. Boil water, pour over.

The thing is, though, you've got to reuse the leaves or you're pissing money away. And the first infusion is always the worst. So, reuse the leaves. I get 5 consistently from each batch of the above.
