Imagine all the energy spent last year on blame and what would work and what wasn’t being done and now we do this and we don’t approve J&J on a timely basis, we don’t focus on protecting the vulnerable.
We are so full of it. 100%.

Now, instead of therapeutic drug experts we have vaccination protocol experts EVERYWHERE!
Not sure what is going on with J&J, but the CMA therapy mentioned there looks interesting.

Face it, if you're a healthy person less than 40, you most likely don't even need one shot. Most likely.

By the way, we (US) could have given quite literally everybody over 65 their first dose as of about two weeks ago.
Imagine the current death rate and hospitalization rate if we had.

It’s a great point. To juxtapose though we know that younger people are superspreaders and those over 65 account for little spread. I saw something recently on this and the data was striking. I think at the end of the day you will find however if we protected the old from dying it would be a better route -and hopefully that would mean return to the next normal faster.
