Mostly good. But incomplete. It’s like you the complete list of good ideas and scratched out the ones that might harm the GOP.

Signature match needs to be less subjective if you’re going to have partisan cranks weighing in. I don’t think I’ve ever signed something the same way twice. All the more so now that I almost never write anything. If someone thought my zip code indicated my vote would likely go against them, they could find some difference to ding my vote.

Also any rejected signatures would need a reasonable time for remedy.

And then of course the missing items that would help turnout need to be added back in.

Maybe the US should "adopt" what Taiwan does and have everyone use a "chop" instead of a signature. LOL
