@lufins-dad Seriously... do the research. Jon is right but only because he is 16. Next year he may not be what they call a Qualifying Child. You need to understand these things thoroughly.

When does he turn 19? In whatever year that is he will have to be a full time student up until age 24.
Next year...My big question was really all about the “half the support”. That is a very nebulous benchmark.
