It's Raining

Been raining all day, tonight it's raining hard.
No big deal here in Portland, but. . . it's 26 degrees outside.

What a slippery mess. I'm waiting for the power to go out. Everything is ice, with water on top as the rain is coming so hard it can't freeze fast enough.

Supposed to turn to snow tonight. Hope so. Can't build a snowman out of ice.

You have my sympathy. Ice storms are terrible.

No fun at all. Ice is bad.

Down here, they're talking about an overnight low early next week of 11-12 degrees.

Thank God we're back in The Paris Accord...

We are getting the same thing in DC. Liquid rain and 26 degrees. Baaad combination. I'm sending staff home now.

It’s only 52 down on the gulf today.

But it’s a damn sight better then the 20 and 8 inches of snow we left, 10 more coming Monday.
