    I don’t think I buy that interpretation. If anything, I think Biden just wants to move very fast with nominating and confirming judges.

      I'd say the interpretation is correct.

      He's got the idiot Sullivan's place to fill. It will be a twofer, most likely a black woman or a lesbian latino.

        Dont know much about it, but it does seem that all reviews should be at least looked at and considered.

        (I assume that the Bar Association is respected in its reviews?)
