Twitter is a cesspool.

Perhaps AOC picked the wrong day to drop acid.
She hasn't dropped nearly enough IMO.

She's an embarrassment.
I assume the Dems will primary her next election.
Yes she is. Plus she's an incompetent menace. Biden must purge her and the other Jacobins from the DNC. If they don't they will try to primary her since Sanders days are over.

As Clint Eastwood famously said, "man's got to know his limitations." AOC could easily have made a more measured commentary - and it would have been fine. "Even though I wasn't in the Capital itself..."
This rings a lot like Hillary's famous run across the tarmac dodging bullets. Great story for friends after a few drinks at the bar - but not something you share publicly.

Hope so.

Are you guys nuts? AOC’s going to take Schumer’s seat.

Amy? That I could believe.

I hesitate to call her a 'menace' -- unless you count the risk of being annoyed to death.
Oh, but wait. I'm speaking from my old viewpoint, when I believed that most voters had common sense and at least a smidgeon of independent thinking. I figured she would be removed forthwith in the next election because, I mean, look at her. I would never have predicted her second win.
Shows you what I know.
So yeah, these days Democrats and Republicans both are apt to elect a rabid rhinoceros if it had its party affiliation painted on its hide. Plus she's just so cute n' everything.

Lord, no. She could influence a whole local generation of kids. Dogcatcher, maybe.
Nope. Most cities have a weed inspector. She probably has experience with that, very qualified for it.
