        Banning TV's in all bars and restaurants seems like a great idea to me.

        I've never understood the point of going out to watch TV, and they completely ruin a good night out.

          I am guess that maybe they want to minimize the number of people? When there are TV's like showing a sports event, it has a tendency to have people crowd around. Just a guess.
