If I was a Republican in Wyoming, I would sweat blood and spend treasure to defeat Cheney in the next election cycle.

What would you do if you were a Republican in GA-14?
Vote for Greene. She won her primary and then got almost 75% of the vote in the general. She is very pro- Second Amendment and pro-life. She has also been the CFO of a successful small business and owner of another.
Yes, she's had some controversial views, but as long as that doesn't infringe on how she represents her district, it's her district's business. If we can put up with people like Omar, AOC or Sheila Jackson Lee, the nation can put up with her.
Pulling her committee assignments should not have been done. It establishes a very horrible precedent.

That's what I figured. (though your reasoning seems like bs)

Next time, don't bother to ask. Just use your spidey-senses.

@jolly that is a good point you make. The more attention you give, the more attention they will get.
Isn’t that saying, “there is no such thing as bad attention” or something like that.

I’ll use my barge connections to have a laser take her out

Interesting take...
Oh yeah. I've long thought this. The leftward press is doing to her what the rightward press did/does to AOC.

And in an instant she was gone.

@jon-nyc Both clowns offer target rich behaviors and statements for predatory journalism.
Wrong.
What has Greene said or done since elected that distances her from many other GOP congress critters?

Oh AOC... She is wonderful! I hope she never ever goes away!

She's as much a nutter like the Jacobins across the aisle.
Where would you like to start? Jewish funded space lasers? QAnon? How about school shooting hoaxes and conspiracies? Your choice.
Now's your chance, don't be virtuous about it either!
Go for it!

He said since elected. Also she distanced herself from prior comments. I’m not defending her by any stretch .

“Since elected” seems like a bit of special pleading, doesn’t it?

No, see, before she was elected she was crazier than a brickhouse rat, but when she won the seat she got sane. It's like a miraculous healing. It's like sexual healing, except instead of sexual it's electionual.

So does being elected to Congress somehow mysteriously transform somebody who was previously a monstrous fucking harpy into somebody we should all respect?
Because, I have to say, in my experience people normally become worse once they're elected.
