THere's talk of using sildenafil (Viagra) as a pulmonary vasodilator for this.

If, as suspected, the problem is one of diffusion impairment, rather than redistribution of blood flow, I'm skeptical that increasing blood flow will have a significant impact. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Remember, sildenafil was originally developed as a heart medication, and found to have an...interesting side effect.

Yes, I know that. But was wondering about "interesting side effects" in the ICU. 🤣

Well, yeah. However, sildenafil doesn't do anything without sexual arousal. So you have to be "stimulated" to get it to work. Once it does, however...

On a side note, Mrs. George took care of a guy (actor, songwriter who wrote at least one big hit) in the coronary care unit in the late 70s. One night, she glanced over and saw some unusual activity in his bed. He was polishing the bishop's mitre. She told him, "If you ever do that again, I'll kill you."

Just inhale our Lysol-like aerosol twice/day. Gets in your lungs, kills the virus before it starts its damage. Our anti-virus mouthguard continuously protects you against virus entry via mouth, or through your nose as you exhale.
Install UV lights in every room of your house. Use the Maxi-strength UV wand whenever entering your house (110 volt, 220 volt available). Wear cotton gloves soaked in a mixture of our anti-virus stuff and aloe slop to provide protection all day long for you, and kill the virus on anything touched during the day.

All components and products necessary to implement the above, are available at Rainman Labs, LLC.

Please note that implementing our full range of anti-virus obliteration products and techniques may cause sexual arousal, at no additional cost.
