Trump and Rudy fall out? Trump won't pay his bills?
-
Yes, I know, it's according to the Washington Post. I don't know, after all, not paying his bills would be so out of character....
Donald Trump has fallen out with his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and is refusing to pay the former New York mayor’s legal bills, it was reported, with the president feeling abandoned and frustrated during his last days in office.
Giuliani played a key role in Trump’s failed attempts to overturn the results of November’s presidential election through the courts. The lawyer mounted numerous spurious legal challenges, travelling to swing states won by Joe Biden, and spread false claims the vote was rigged.
According to the Washington Post, relations between Trump and Giuliani have dramatically cooled. Trump has instructed his aides not to pay Giuliani’s outstanding fees. The president is reportedly offended by Giuliani’s demand for $20,000 a day – a figure the lawyer denies, but which is apparently in writing. White House officials have even been told not to put through any of Giuliani’s calls.

Rudy didn’t know?

One of the great love affairs of the 21st century has come to an end?
On top of Kanye and Kim splitting, I'm not sure I can take much more.

Rudy didn’t know?
No. Trump told him early on, "I would never do that to you. What, me? You're my good right hand, my go-to guy, my wingman. I'd never stiff you, never, never, never, not ever." And Rudy gazed into those puffy piggy eyes, brimming with sincerity, and Rudy believed.
Rudy was an idiot to believe that he and he alone would escape the tap of the ETTD stick, but there you go.
Poor Rudy.

I could easily see how Giuliani over promised yet under delivered. Isn’t that the real answer while we have fun mocking the situation?
Watching Giuliani was a bizarre experience. He reminded me a little of those televangelists that I'd stumble across when channel-hopping at 1am after stumbling home from the pub. I'd wake up the next morning and never be quite sure whether I'd dreamt it all.

Giuliani says he will not represent Trump at Senate impeachment trial.
-
Karl Rove said yesterday that if Giuliani were leading any impeachment trial, the odds of conviction would go from nil to almost certain.
I suspect that Karl was providing advice rather than softening the ground for today’s announcement.
Nevertheless interesting how fast that was.

And yet he was an advocate of trial by combat to settle election disputes.

So Phibes you are saying Giuliani was person of the year for why? Let’s see your wit in action since it was too easy the first time.
-
Isn't it obvious? He planned and executed the second greatest conspiracy in US history!

$20k per day asked, for Giuliani’s team to work for the Trump campaign post election, inclusive of expenses.

The nation should pay him. We collectively got more than that in enjoyment from his Four Seasons Landscaping presser alone.
