She's getting better. Still on oxygen, but hopefully she can come home in a few days.

That's so good to hear, Larry! Yes, she will need lots of care yet at home for many weeks. I'm so glad she will be able to come home sometime soon.

Now, about your situation. I won't be quite as blunt as Mik, but yeah, what's up for your own health? Nosy ... er ... inquiring minds want to know.

Just let us know you're being seen and have a plan for action. We need you here.

+1. It's outstanding that your wife is more stable. But remember: gotta take care of yourself too, before you're of full use to others.

            Please love yourself.

Great to hear she's almost on the other side? Great that you also got through it without catching it (or at least not getting sick by it)

Wonderful news. To be fighting this long- she's gotta be strong. Glad you're there for her. Wishing you two many good years ahead.

                  Great. Time for healing.

Let me know when she puts on some form of makeup. That’s the best clinical sign that the body switches from catabolism to anabolism. ( in men it’s usually shaving)

Just a little hint from years of doing rounds on very ill patients.

                    Thanks everyone.

And thanks for putting up with my crankiness today. I had just had more shit today than I could take, and I kicked into ass kicking mode...

I'll be better in the morning.... 😉

My Sarah is home now. I can't touch her or kiss her or anything, but she's home, and barring some sort of a setback, she will make it.

She was in the hospital for a month. She went in weighing 115 pounds, and came out weighing 96 pounds. She almost died twice. Her big concern? If I've been eating good....

Take care of her. It takes time to recover.
