    We were cleaning and reorganizing out the garage yesterday when I ran across a bunch of coins from my father's estate that I was not aware of. 71 1971-S proof sets and 11 1972-S sets. He paid $5 per in 71 and 72. They are now worth $3. When you adjust for inflation that would be about $0.46 in 1971 money.

      Numismatics are for the experts. Bullion is for the dilletents who can afford it.
