        NYC/NJ/CT
        DC/VA/MD
        Phily/CamdenWilmington

        Cinn/Lexington

        Chicago/Gary

        The Cities Kansas (KS/MO)

        I'm sure there are others.

          I have never thought the federal government would be the determining agent in reopening. It's more of a local issue.

            I'm sure there are others.

            I understand how contiguous states may want to work together but these coalitions could easily be drawn in different ways. Will be interesting to see how they hold up when beach season begins. I’d like to see Cape Cod, the Hamptons, the Jersey Shore seeing eye to eye with inland states.

              Beaches can be controlled, but it will take considerable personnel. They are probably about the easiest public spot to control.
