Everyone thinks it was a big deal, but there’s a bifurcation in the GOP between those with the courage to blame the author of the drama and those who lack it. It is interesting to see which side individuals fall on.

So if you don’t virtue signal in twitter you are suspect? House on unamerican activities committee?

Calling out the President of the United States for inciting an insurrection is virtue signalling?

      Only non-witches get due process.

You guys are wondering if some has-been politicians will love the anti-politician.

        They won't.

        They are politicians.

I think you are still missing the point of yesterday's exercise.

You and others seem to not know the difference between commenting on (relatively speaking) the biggest threat to the peaceful transfer of power in the country's history and commenting on the abortion beliefs of the people who made your chicken sandwich.

Don't think Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt would be all that impressed with his presence either.

Of course not and that is not what I said.

The events of yesterday are not even close to placing the Republic in peril. You realize a large portion of the country didn't even pay much attention to the events, they're more worried about recovering from COVID or how they're going to come up with rent next month.

It's just more fringe political crap.

The sun will come up tomorrow. I hope it comes up on some Washington pols, who will listen to the better angels of their natures. But, I doubt it.

Don't think so. While politically adept at some things, Trump has never been a politician. Certainly not the prototypical, measure-every-word, play the leak game, Washington pol.

He has not acted like one. He has not spoke like one. He has certainly not governed like one.

I think you are still missing the point of yesterday's exercise.

Disingenuous nonsense designed to give him excuses. No different than saying he is occasionally impolite. In reality he is more like rarely, if ever, polite.

The moment your so-called anti-politician took the Oath of Office he ceased to be the anti-politician he might have campaigned as and pretended to be. He then became a politician whether or not he or is base wanted him to be one.

Likewise yesterday, when he rallied his mob and sent them onward to the Capitol Building. He certainly proved himself to be every bit a politician as any past has-been political demagogue that ever walked this planet.

                              You hate Mr. Trump

                              I'm shocked

Come on, tell us again and maybe insult him a few times

                              Maybe say Disingenuous nonsense again

                              Go on say it

I said that politicians will never like Mr. Trump, they never have, they never will

                              That is not disingenuous nonsense

Do you hate Mr. Trump? Come on remind us again, you are soooooo virtuous

You guys are wondering if some has-been politicians will love the anti-politician.

                                They won't.

                                They are politicians.
