I hope that lorry's driver (and passengers, if any) is OK. Good thing there wasn't too much traffic so there was no multi vehicle pile-up.
The white sedan's driver was very irresponsible. Since this is caught on tape, I hope the authority tracks this driver down and get him/her the needed reeducation.
