The short version is she’s a right wing influencer (formerly a big FoxNews host now independent) who’s been subject to criticism from some quarters for refusing to denounce the open antisemites in her movement. So the joke here is that she’s worried Israel has it out for her thus she’s suspicious of an old pager (think Hezbollah attack from 2024).
