Yeah, it's the end of DST, but the point stands.
I love DST, it just makes so much sense.
And it is when we celebrate by checking our smoke detector batteries.
If DST saves just one 3:00 AM smoke detector low-battery alarm, it is worth it.

Over 200 peer reviewed and published COVID studies conducted by scientists with years of scholarship and thousands of hours of clinical experience have been retracted because they were discovered to be bullshit
, in fact. There are hundreds of others that haven’t been retracted but have been acknowledged to be bullshit.

I wonder how much climate science is robust and how much is nonsense.
I heard an interview with one of the remaining few climate scientists who got her degree before the whole program became overtly political. She is noticing that fewer and fewer objective scientists are looking at the data. The ones capable and willing, are getting older and retiring. They are being replaced with zero real scientists willing to do real, unmotivated research.
Of course she’s a quack, at least as the establishment tells it. But I guess there is truth to what she says. Judith Curry I think her name is.

PubMed shows 389,219 Covid papers in publication, I would assume another 50-100k are still in preprint. 3 to 5 in 10,000 isn’t a bad retraction rate given how fast the world was changing.
