In fairness it wasn't necessarily the photographer's kid.
In fact the photographer could have put a bunch of apple slices on the kid's head in hopes of getting this picture.
I guess it's a Photoshop job. The kid looks too small compared to the camel.
And the distinctly mean-eyed donkey looking on . . .
