TNCR dreams

Now, I've bloody had one. Lockdown is clearly getting to me.
A bit odd, really - Me and Horace were hanging out with British comedian Jimmy Carr, and giving each other unbelievable amounts of shit, to the extent where Jimmy Carr said he was going to make a TV show out of it. Thankfully, I woke up before the broadcast.

I'm walking up a hill on the way to Mik and Mrs. Mik's house, having been invited for dinner. I'm charged with bringing the wine, and I realize I've forgotten to buy it. Just then a door appears; it opens and reveals a bar. Boring detail that results in me getting the wine.
Next I'm in the Mikses' house. I hand the wine to Mik. While he's looking down at it without expression, I say -- and I remember this very clearly -- "acceptable but not ostentatious, huh?" Mik goes, "Hunh," and Mrs. Mik smacks him on the arm and says, "C'mon, be nice."
That's all I remember.

That guy is hilarious. I've recently watched his stuff on youtube. Great with the crowdwork, especially with hecklers.

Yeah, I like him a lot too. He presents a lot of celebrity quiz shows in the UK, which are actually really good. I've been watching a lot of 'The Big Fat Quiz of the Year' shows over the holiday, which is probably what triggered the dream

@Horace has never appeared in my dreams, at least not the ones I remember. Besides, I have met @Horace in person before (years ago), and I have seen his face on Zoom just a few months. I know what he looks like.

I'm pretty sure Horace looks like Frankenstein's monster based on what he's told us, but in the dream he looked a lot like Jimmy Carr.

We sometimes create a physical image of people who we have never met - and then when you see them, it in no way corresponds to the reality. In the other place we had a thread with most of our photos - a good reference though I look about 50 years older than I did then.
