I was a young programmer who wanted to get into algorithm writing and I'd already proven I could, then one of my coworkers watched me do it and wanted to do it too. My boss, in an egalitarian mood, gave the algorithm job to him, and I didn't put up a fuss because I was in an egalitarian mood too. I tried to help him and guide him rather than do it myself, because after all, who was I? My boss was wondering the same. My point being, I relent power, if I think I might not deserve it.

Tag it under "unclear about the concept". The title of that social media post says "... flex that you'll never tell anyone", yet there s/he is, telling the world about it on the Internet.

Whether that's 'good' or 'bad' depends on whether the sister actually wants to play Xbox games with that son. If the sister wish not to play or is indifferent, then this is just another thing the son asked to satisfy his own want, and may even be 'bad' because he has not considered the sister's will. But if the sister wants to play, then the son is at least partially good for asking for the gift on the sister's behalf.

Sometimes you just have to take what is offered at face value.

No, airline food is actually quite good, especially if you fly some of the more reputable Asian airlines. Singapore Airlines, Eva Air, Southern China Airlines, Cathay Pacific, etc. serve pretty good food onboard. Even American Airlines' food hasn't been that bad in the last few years.
