Neal DeGrasse Tyson steps in it:

    The responses are great:

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

What if the male reindeer has been neutered?
Would a neutered cis-male reindeer still its antlers in the winter?

This article says neutered cis-male deers get to keep their antlers year round much like cis-female deers: http://www.iwla-rh.org/html/DGIF_articles/deer_antlers.html

Not sure it that applies to Rudolph, maybe Rudolph was neutered.

P.S. if you use Twitter, would you mind twitting the “neutered Rudolph” hypothesis back to NDT? Would be interesting to see what he might have to say about that. Thanks!

          Only Rudolph, The Red, knows.
