    After the "Sound of Music" flashmob ("D'Oh, a deer"), I've been kind of jaded to these supposed "spontaneous" performances. They're little more than a staged "street performance."

    1. Video of a public place
    2. One musician starts playing something recongizable.
    3. Video of other musicians entering
    4. Video of "surprised" crowd's reactions, including video of them shooting this on their phones.
    5. Repeat 3-4 as needed.

    Nevertheless, I enjoyed this one from a food court: Hallelujah.

    Also, remember "Messiah" was written for Easter....

    "Now look here, you Baltic gas passer... " - Mik, 6/14/08

    The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

      @george-k

      No wonder the food court was packed that day. Half the crowd is the choir.

          Yes, they were better when this was unheard of.

          This was 10 years ago

          Notice several cameras are cameras, not telephones.

            And some day I'll be in the middle of one of these things

            I will sing as loudly as possible

            This will terrify the chorus.

                This one is really fun. Bet it sounded awesome being in the middle of that.
