Pfizer doesn’t know if their vaccine stops transmission.

Anyone she can come into contact with with national security criticality should themselves be vaccinated.

But she is in close frequent contact with the VP who is part of the white house and in the national security apparatus. Maybe that's the justification to vaccinate the nuclear family members of the White House staff and cabinet officials?

Just as an aside, here HMO’s are vaccinating at first above 60. But if your spouse is under 60 she can also get at the same time. I think the idea is to vaccinate households.
