Governor Northam announced today that effective December 14, 2020, social gatherings will be limited to no more than 10 people with the exception of religious services, employment or education.
A curfew will be in place from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM, with the exception of essential travel (obtaining food and goods, traveling to and from work and seeking medical attention).
Masking requirements now include all indoor activities, and outdoor activities where physical distancing is not possible.
Restaurants and retail stores are already governed by strict guidelines, so they are not included in this new Phase of regulations.
