D3 has bladder issues (Interstitial Cystitis) that are really REALLY affected by all kinds of things, including vitamins (she has a spinal cord stimulator to ease her symptoms). I suggested Vitamin D, but she's have to pee every 30 minutes if she did that.
Crap...Ok, then, you and the Mrs., and by a shipload, I mean shock your system with 10,000 IUs then cut “down” to 5000 or so for a week...

Wow!!! Sending hugs and postive thoughts to the whole @George-K family.

Any word?

D3 got tested again yesterday, and she should have results tomorrow. Frankly, I'm surprised she tested negative after she developed symptoms, but then she sent me this:
Hopefully we'll have some answers tomorrow.
Her chest still feels tight, but no headache or fever.
With luck, if she tests positive, it'll be a mild case.

@George-K How about the Mrs?

Ever since Saturday, she gets a very low-grade temperature in the afternoon. The highest it's been is 99.6. It passes in a few hours. Today, it was 99. I think I mentioned she got tested yesterday, so, we'll see.
I remain asymptomatic.
I can't help but wonder if I didn't get it in early March at a couple of concerts (Gardiner's Beethoven). They were on Monday and Tuesday, and on Saturday and Sunday, I thought I was going to die. And the...poof! Nothing.
-
Also, again, I wouldn’t be surprised to find out this is something else. There are other bugs out there. The three big tells for COVID seem to be dramatic loss of smell and taste, high fever, and unproductive cough - SOB. It seems like she is only getting the SOB and that could be explained by any number of nasties combined with her asthma.

Have you gone for the antibodies test? I am thinking about doing that after Christmas...

No, I haven't. I'm seeing a new internist on Tuesday, and I thought I'd bring it up at that time.

Spouse and I both felt pretty blown away in March and assumed we had it. Carol had the antibodies test later and came back negative so we assumed it must have been something else but who knows?
