I don't know much about guitar playing other than some basic chords, etc. He looks like he has some serious chops, to be sure.
I found the backing track too distracting however.

Nothing against trying to rock the Rach, and there are moments of brilliance in this rendition, but stylistically I want that peace to be more masculine. The descending minor scale could have been more effecting as a glissando on the electric guitar.

Reminds me of the below video. I “think” it was the first video on YouTube to reach 1 million views. And, it was a long time before they figured out who the actual person was who did the guitar playing.
Turned out it was a fairly young Korean boy who played it in his bedroom

I wanted to hate it. And I hated the beginning.
But overall, I'm impressed. Pretty good!

That was my take. I also noticed later that some of the parts of melody lines I felt I may have heard in other rock music so I wondered how much Rach could possibly have influenced the Carlos Santana And Satriani style guitarists
