23 minutes of this?
I'm way too old.
If I wanna hear stuff like this, I'll tune to Rachel Maddow, who is at least (a little bit) prettier.
Give me the tl;dw version.

Right? I almost never watch videos someone posts unless it’s general interest like animals or Rube Goldberg contraptions or some Florida Man doing stupid shit or whatever.

I don’t generally watch news videos . I actually don’t like them at all. First you get nailed with one or two commercials and then it takes a while for the video to get to the point, I usually don’t make it past the ads, just say fuck it and if I’m interested try and find a text version of it. Many websites try to push the video format... not sure why. Do young people prefer? Did sock watch it or just receive it and spread it?

And they're less than half an hour long, of course.

Even the 5m ones. I just can’t do it.
Even when I read the NYT or WaPo or 538.com I sometimes click on an interesting headline and then realize it’s a video. Nope. Almost literally never.

Exactly. But it hasn’t been explained why the push is to more video.
Edit: maybe a breadcrumb here

Through 6 minutes, he details no crimes that Donald may have committed or should be investigated for. He just constantly repeats the phrase “criminal associates” and just assumes that everyone knows Donald did it (we don’t know what, just it and it was bad, of course) and pontificates on whether it’s vital for Donald to be prosecuted for the sake of The Rule of Law...

I really enjoyed the performance. "I'm here to sound like your conversant advocate, not act like myself. We're going to be talking about things you and I know are hideous, but unlike Donald Trump, I will performatively sound more reasonable and measured and that's how you'll know I'm telling the truth. With my even tone and deliberate hand gestures."
Guy would be an awesome DM.

There's a Netflix show called Hangar 1. Look it up, go to a random segment in the middle of any episode and then you tell me with a straight face those guys don't employ the exact same affectations. Especially sweater guy.

Recognize the hatred. I won't try to describe the motivations, not here, but recognize the hatred. Olbermann has it.

Jesus. I watched the Olbermann video for a minute or so. That guy is nuts! "indeed, I LOVE president-elect Biden."
Prosecute. . . everyone. There must be millions of people that watch this or an equivalent, and nod in agreement.
Nutcase.
