The realtor who sold our home, and brokered the purchase of our condo, had a "Thanksgiving Thank You" event at their office. They got a TON of pies from a local bakery. Very high quality bakery, I might add, and contacted their clients for a pickup of the pies.
I picked up an "Apple Crumble" pie yesterday. I was told to refrigerate it, which I did.
So...
Serve cold?
Warm it up? If so, how? For how long?

Personally I’d warm it up. By the piece in the microwave if it’s just the two of you or in the oven if it’s for a gang.

Yeah, I'd warm it up. You might want to only warm up the pieces you are going to eat at the time. It will be faster. I'd do 350 for 10 minutes and see how it is.
