Yes.
But my implied point was that all the PPE and other "stuff" you need doesn't matter if you don't have the bodies to take care of the sick.

Is there a national stockpile now? Or will states start to bid against each other for it?
Do states have their own stockpiles?
No, there is not enough.
The average person doesn't have a clue how fast a hospital staff can go through PPE when taking care of a lot of infectious patients, even when relaxing protocols, like number of times using a N95.
