Good point. The System they have here is that anyone trying to enter Thailand needs to spend 14 days in quarantine, regardless of what their test at the border shows. Even if they test negative, they are still required to have a 14 day quarantine.
Not perfect, but what the reports say to the public is that there has been 200 days without an internal transmission.
