Oh my. This is such encouragement for a self-taught rug hooker, and now n00b upholsterer. I post these things with hesitation, because they have never been seen by anyone except my hubby and kiddo. Really, Peter has never seen the light of day outside our family, and even then, he wasn't put into use yet in any way.

Well, alrighty then, it's your own fault that I'm brave enough now to post more of my work. It won't happen all at once, but there will be more posts. In particular, they will be of my upholstered items. As noted earlier, I have a backlog of things I am now gutsy or foolish enough to tackle. I have two more projects done besides Peter, and a third that should be done in a week or two.

    Stay tuned to this station.

I have a very soft spot for all things Peter Rabbit. It was not part of my childhood, but it was part of an unexpected episode of caring for a child and her mother in distress. I think it looks amazing.

My kiddo and I read the entire Beatrix Potter set several times. I started this thinking it might be alright for using in her childhood bedroom. Now she's 26, and she can have it after momma is ready to let it go. That won't be for a while yet. 😄
