So you believe that the Dominion conspiracy is so vast that their legal team is able to coerce the American Thinker into publishing falsities? How does that work exactly? What leverage would Dominion have if the Thinker's allegations are true and like good journalists, they can prove it?
No, I think their pockets are so deep and AT's pockets so small, that to fight Dominion is suicide, truth be damned. Happens all the time.
Then how was Nick Sandmann able to defend himself in court? The relative pocket sizes in that case were way more extreme.
Because his lawyers were working on contingency.
Why can’t the American Thinker get lawyers to work on contingency?

How about pro bono? No lawyer hungry enough to make a name for himself/herself showing the courts all the accusations against Dominion published on the American Thinker are true? Guaranteed media exposure, hero status among Trump supporters.
