I made it a habit that whenever I heard that bullshit in meetings, I'd interrupt and say "no no no that's not going to do it! We need something that'll be the most. Uniquerist." And then stare at the jackass. Took a few times but eventually I stopped hearing it.

Also: no more meetings!
