I don't see any world leader designated with their title. They're all called "Politician" - whereas Trump is called a political candidate.
I checked his page - and both "Political candidate" and "politician" are designated in his "About me" section.
That designation is likely set by whoever owns the page.

Do a search on google for "the damage joe biden will do" and you will get tens of thousands of results talking negative about Trump. But not a single result about Biden. Switch to duck duck go and do the same search, and you get results that addresses your search.
