Statement from President Trump lawyers on Pennsylvania law result.
“Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the U.S. Supreme Court. Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.
"We will be seeking an expedited appeal to the Third Circuit. There is so much evidence that in Pennsylvania, Democrats eliminated our opportunity to present 50 witnesses and other evidence that election officials blatantly ignored Pennsylvania’s law denying independent review. This resulted in 682,777 ballots being cast illegally, wittingly or unwittingly. This is just an extension of the Big Tech, Big Media, Corrupt Democrat censorship of damning facts the American public needs to know.
"We are disappointed we did not at least get the opportunity to present our evidence at a hearing. Unfortunately the censorship continues. We hope that the Third Circuit will be as gracious as Judge Brann in deciding our appeal one way or the other as expeditiously as possible. This is another case that appears to be moving quickly to the United States Supreme Court.”

Rudy is delusional. The wording of the federal judge was so blatant it might not even get past a circuit appeal let alone get to SCOTUS.

I don’t care what their views are, it’s weird to listen to media arms of political organizations. Especially political organizations with no grounding in the same values as you.

@Larry On Falun Gong - I grew up in the city with the largest Chinese diaspora in North America. So I understand politics in China a bit.
Falun Gong is kinda analogous to Scientology. So if that’s your scene, more power to you.
Just because they’re anti-CCP doesn’t make them great.

So far it’s as evidence free as Bridgegate. But did it do anything to stop seemingly rational people from chortling and promoting the ideas that never made contact with reality? People really really need to be more introspective before they starting believing their own high and mighty bullshit.

Bridgegate wasn’t evidence free. Kelly’s conviction was overturned because of legal technicalities.
Your constant attempts at whattaboutism are bound to come up dry. No president has ever tried to openly subvert an election before.
I guess you could go back to 1876, but that’s a little complicated given what the Rebs were doing on the ground.
