Seems you Trump haters may have to eat crow soon.....
Link to videoInteresting. You rail against media bias, but post falun gong content.

@Larry said in Trump lawsuits:
I guess you bought into the communist party's propaganda about them being bad old boogeyman, huh....
I don’t care what their views are, it’s weird to listen to media arms of political organizations. Especially political organizations with no grounding in the same values as you.
Listen to Ben Shapiro’s latest podcast. He did a better breakdown of the press conference. (And he’s a Trump voter, so no “TDS”)

@Larry said in Trump lawsuits:
You're of the opinion that felon gong is a political organization? Lol
Tell you what - check the veracity of their reporting instead of attacking the messenger.
I listened to as much I could. It’s prime grade A bullshit.
-
@Larry On Falun Gong - I grew up in the city with the largest Chinese diaspora in North America. So I understand politics in China a bit.
Falun Gong is kinda analogous to Scientology. So if that’s your scene, more power to you.
Just because they’re anti-CCP doesn’t make them great.
Oh and their leader has super powers.

David Frum provides more interesting quotes for the PA decision in this thread.
So far it’s as evidence free as Bridgegate. But did it do anything to stop seemingly rational people from chortling and promoting the ideas that never made contact with reality? People really really need to be more introspective before they starting believing their own high and mighty bullshit.
-
Bridgegate wasn’t evidence free. Kelly’s conviction was overturned because of legal technicalities.
Your constant attempts at whattaboutism are bound to come up dry. No president has ever tried to openly subvert an election before.
I guess you could go back to 1876, but that’s a little complicated given what the Rebs were doing on the ground.

Jon. The last four years society’s norms have been so violated for you to call out something as new is just ridiculous. This is the reality that was created and now you are living it.
This is the norm, the media and the dems built the game board. Attack at all costs no matter what the norms were.
A price is being paid for all the assault and insults levied to about half the population. It is very significant and not okay. It’s not funny at all and not acceptable what the main stream media has done and to say nothing to see here, it was all normal fine and good...well I’m sorry it was a house of your own creation that you now live in.

@jon-nyc said in Trump lawsuits:
You got me, I created it.
There’s nothing that isn’t justified now, Mr Trump. Steal this election and cancel the next. That’ll teach me.
His behavior is totally unjustified, how many times do I have to say it? The feigning of not understanding how it is possible and worse to call it a threat to democracy is the issue. No serious person including yourself believes a coup is possible yet you keep banging on that drum as if the meteor almost hit us. It’s disingenuous, the new low was built and Trump was simply swimming in it.
On Wednesday unless something happens I will start banging on the time for Trump to go drum.

@Loki so you’re pretty cool with the President making bullshit claims about the election being stolen (I have to believe he knows that’s not true)?
And further you’re cool with him sowing massive distrust in the fundamentals of our democracy?
The shittyness of what Trump is doing doesn’t depend on the outcome of his attempt.

Still you make it all about Trump without acknowledging what society has done at large. At least I said what Trump did was shitty and you can’t bring yourself to acknowledge the how and why. If you can’t see it I can’t help you, you will just have to live it confused and bewildered and inappropriately righteous.

What has society done that lead to Trump undermining our democratic process? (and remember, he said Ted Cruz cheated in the Iowa primary and Hillary got 3-5M fake votes).
Connect the dots for me.

“The conduct of the president’s legal team has been a national embarrassment,” said Chris Christie, and this is the guy who endorsed Trump early in 2016 and helped Trump‘s debate preparation in 2020.

sowing massive distrust in the fundamentals of our democracy?
Come on.
Name 5 people who massively distrust the fundamentals of our democracy because of anything Mr. Trump is doing.
It is all out in the open for the world to see.
He will win or lose his case on it's merits.
What's to distrust?

So you’re saying everyone in this country knows Trump is full of shit and doesn’t believe him?
Sidney Powell said politicians (repub and Democrat) can pay Dominion to change vote count. (Dominion is used in 24 states). As in that’s how Dominion makes money - bribes.
Do you think more than 5 Americans believe that?
-
Mr. Trump's fullness
Dominion bribesNeither of those is Mr. Trump causing massive distrust the fundamentals of our democracy
My post was about massive distrust in the fundamentals of our democracy caused by Mr. Trump
Your response was not about massive distrust the fundamentals of our democracy caused by Mr. Trump
You like to change the subject when someone observes that you have made a mistake.
Do you realize that you do this in many of your posts?
Stick to the subject

Yes - a lot of people distrust the election. You want 5 names of people on this forum? People I know personally? On the internet? Will Twitter do?
Let’s stay on subject. Please be a bit clearer in what you’re asking me to respond with.
Or do you take issue with the term “fundamentals of our democracy”?
I mean “trust in our elections process”. That’s a fundamental part of our democracy. Perhaps the most fundamental part.

And I grew up in a country where one side of the political spectrum has been turned into a religion. You are a member of it. I have no idea if the Gideon posted is by falon Gong or not. I only have you telling me that. Everything I've heard about them is that they are and always have been a yoga and excercise group who dared speak out against the CCP and as a result have been murdered, had their organs harvested, etc by the Chinese communist party. I care about information however, and they seem to have a clearer grasp of what's going on than most media does. You on the other hand juet admitted that you wont even be bothered to listen to what they have to say, and you admit the reason you won't is because you've bought into the CCP's depiction of them.
If they were the only ones saying what they say in that video it would be one thing. But they're not. If I gave you a dozen other sources saying the same thing, you'd just give me a dozen more reasons why you won't listen. Either the points they make can be backed up or they can't. But you'll never know because you can't get passed shooting the messenger.
