One of the funniest videos I saw of President Putin (and showed how elite he was) was when he walked into a restaurant wearing a winter coat. As soon as he got in the door, without looking back, he stretched out his arms.

Immediately, one of his aides rushed up and removed President Putin’s coat. Another aide rushed up with a suit coat and immediately put it on President Putin.

President Putin shrugged his shoulders to make sure it fit, and continued walking forward.

Total elapse time = less than a second.
