The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is claiming a 71% state turnout. I'm not sure where it gets this, but that would make more sense, given even populous Milwaukee didn't exceed 83% turnout, and Dane lower. (Do math on what rest of state wud need to bump up state avg to 89)

True, Wisconsin has same day voter registration. But to be at 71%, WI would have yesterday needed 900k same-day registrations. ( If I'm doing my math wrong--please tell me. 3,288,771 divided by 4,588,771 equals 71% . 4,588,771 minus 3,684,726 =900k)

Is that possible/conceivable? That would be akin to increasing WI's registered voting population by up to 30%--in one day. It would also suggest that if those same-day registrations hadn't happened, WI would have had a ridiculously LOW turnout.

I suppose it is possible WI's turnout was higher than 71% (again, not sure where MJS gets that). But that would be wild, given the state's own history and what we saw elsewhere yesterday. An even an 80% turnout would still require HUGE same-day registration.

Surely a record/tally of those same-day registrations must exist. It would therefore seem a straightforward proposition to set the numbers/record straight?
Again, explain if I'm missing something.

Dude, they don't have the Senate. Their agenda will be significantly slowed down. And look how close the states have been. I think it really matters how many Trump voters there have been, especially in the midst of the greatest media influence campaign in American history.
Biden may be president, but charges will still be brought up against "nazi"-punchers.

This was pretty much a slaughter as it is. Blue were supposed to pick up 15 seats in the House and 4 in the Senate. They picked up a net of 1 in the Senate and are losing seats in the House. There's talk of Pelosi not being Speaker. Biden is squeeking by - and I disagree that Trump will be a non-entity as a review of his career suggests, he never gives up. It is not part of his nature.

I don’t think he can. He’s just not as verbally skilled or extemporaneous. Limbaugh is essentially thinking out loud a lot of the time. Trump is not as skilled at that.

I dunno. Trump doesn't have much depth. He says the same thing again and again in simple terms - which is a great for a politician. Rush has to actually think through the events of the day and provide analysis.
Trump does better reacting with a gravity of an office around him - and having all the Trump whisperers around him explaining what he actually means in terms of specifics.
I do think he has some sort of successful future in media - I don't think it's based on a current archetype though.

Again, he made plans before the last election which he didn't expect to win. I think he follows through with and expands the plan. He wants to do battle with the MSM and his detractors. I think he has the potential to be more than Rush - or Bernie or the Grateful Dead. AND after bashing Biden and the Dems for a couple of years, he can announce his campaign to run again. He's not a fader. If you didn't watch Frontline, you should. He's not a well adjusted human being, more of a cyborg.
