Just curious: Does Joe have a plan?

He is going to pray the vaccine is being distributed on January 20 as well as better treatment and then tell us we are turning the corner and just to stay vigilant until the vaccine is widespread.
In the meantime his writers will be crafting the message that Biden solved the Covid crisis. Maybe a day of mourning for all the lives lost.

Joe's plan is more free stuff and setting up task forces and boards that will take at least a year to have any effect at all. At heart it is 'I'll do what he did, but BETTER!". National repopening standards are meaningless because the federal government does not have the authority to shut or open the states, short of declaring martial law.
There are only two ways out of this - therapies and vaccines. Period. Both are being worked on a breakneck speed.
