Breitbart condemns Biden for implying links to the Nazis. They introduce the article by posting a bogus photo of him doing a Nazi salute.
If it was anybody else I'd assume they were being ironic.

To be fair, The Daily Express isn't exactly well known for it's leftist views. Publishing a photo of somebody doing a Nazi salute is probably their idea of a compliment.
