Curious that she needs to make this statement

Cantrell said she has not talked to representatives of the NFL or NBA about how that might affect the Saints or Pelicans seasons, but said she expects the leagues and team owners are as concerned about the health and safety of players and fans as she is.

I’m pretty sure that will be the case across the country until we get a vaccine, a reliable treatment, or herd immunity due to policy failure.

I'm pretty good friends on FB with a singer in NOLA. We chat about once a week. Since all of her gigs have dried up, she's now doing twice weekly performances from home, with a "virtual tip jar."

I send a few bucks every time I watch.

I worry that people like her are going be hit hard.

Her husband runs a glass studio on Magazine St. He's shut down as well.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
