I don't think I'd mention Hunter, but I believe that if I was Trump, I'd refer to Joe as " The Big Guy" at least twice.

I didn't hear any Hunter Biden references. But I only watched the last 20m and maybe 2m in the middle of the first half hour.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it came up probably multiple times, I just didn't catch it.
