It was always the wrong metric - but it's gone up since he's been in office.
Any thoughts on if the fundamentals of our trade relationship with China has actually changed?
I would say there's a lot more uncertainty here, which has to make foreign investments in China less attractive. But as of right now the needle hasn't really moved on trade between the countries.
