      I just know you were always the first in class to put your hand up for every question.

            Just out of curiousity, TG, is there any number in Thai that is pronounced 'Bwah'? Like maybe 7...

            75555555!

              Crap. There isn't.

              Interesting that zero is pronounced 'soon'. I think our politicians are speaking Thai.

              'Mr. President, when will we see results?'

              'Soon'.

                  In various Chinese dialects, the number 8 often has a pronunciation that is closest to the “ba” sound.

                      Yep, in Taiwan, Fathers day is August 8.

                      Month = 8
                      Day = 8

                      Pronounced: ba ba (or close to papa). So that is why is it fathers day on that date!!
