It's allegedly been with the FBI for six months. Rudi Giuliana didn't mention it earlier, presumably due to his well known sense of decency and decorum.

Here's what I don't get about the whole sordid kerfuffle.
I wonder about the timing. If Rudy knew about this, and by "this" I don't necessarily mean the pictures; I mean the alleged connections between his dad and various overseas businesses when he was in office, isn't it a bit late for this to come out?
From a political standpoint, I can't see why Rudy, or the Trump campaign waited so long for this to appear. Two weeks before the election? This story, assuming it's true, could have real legs if proven to be true. Now, it looks like there's no time to put running shoes onto those legs.

If it isn't true, then wouldn't he leave it until the last minute? If Trump is re-elected because it scares a few people away, then it's mission accomplished. If it's bogus, then releasing it too early would just make him look like a lying sack of shit.
