Federal judges appointed under Trump. Barrett will make 219, unless another judge is appointed before her final vote.

Which leaves Trump a vacancy on the 7th. I believe he will appoint that vacancy, whether he is re-elected or not. If he can fill it, that will give him 54 Circuit Judges in four years. Obama had 55 in eight.

Besides the Second Amendment, this issue makes me a one-issue voter.

Can you imagine a Democrat congress under Biden becoming a non-stop impeachment factory of the Federal Judiciary? I can.

Not really, to be honest. I can imagine plenty of unproductive political things, but that’s not really one of them.

          You were warned.

I agree. The “sky will fall” comments if VP Biden is elected are a bit too much.

Besides that impeachment even at that level is a drawn out process. You might do it to a couple of really smarmy folks, but it’s hardly the method you would use to create a meaningful number of vacancies.

              You were warned.

Won't happen in the first day. Incrementalism, you know. But we will be less free after four years of Biden, than four more years of Trump.

I think we have to agree to disagree. If I have time to search the old forum boards, there are the same “sky is falling” comments whenever there is an election.

Read what I wrote. We were less free after Obama. We will be less free after a Biden Administration.

The Left is an onward march towards government control.

Whether it is the sudden lurch of the revolution or the slow grind of leftist government, the end result is the same.

I would be interested to hear your examples of loss of freedom.

But is that number something the presidents can even influence?
