Very strange. Now I am curious as to why it would be held in secret for so long.
I actually think that there are other civilizations it there, but I am not so sure about UFO’s.
It is very unusual (at least for humans) For a more advanced society just be an onlooker to less advanced civilizations. That is why I am not so sure an advanced UFO society would leave us alone.

It's the British way. They never release anything.
Also, he's publishing it in The Sun, so I'd take it with a very large pinch of salt.
